Eligibility Requirements:
- The candidate must be a non-Chinese national in good health who is not currently enrolled in a Chinese educational institution.
- The applicant for a Master’s degree must possess a Bachelor’s degree and be less than 35 years old.
- The applicant for a doctoral degree must possess a master’s degree and be under the age of forty.
